How do I pay?

Payment can be made via bankers cheque, money order or letter of credit from authorized bank in Malaysia.

When do I get my order?

Once receipt confirm order and payment, we will process and deliver to you via express mail within 14 working days.

Other services provided?

If you wish to deliver our solar product as a gift or special premium to your friends customers, we can provide special wrapping and delivery to them.

Any discount for volume order?

YES, our prices are negotiable subject to the quantity of orders. Please feel free to call our staffs.

Is there any after sales service?

We maintain a well equipped service centre to support our customers. Our parts and component are guaranteed available for 3 years from the date of production have been stopped.

How long will they run at night?

Solar product require DIRECT SUNLIGHT for maximum efficiency. factors such as placement, cloud cover and time of year all affect nightly lighting time.

For best results, units should placed in OPEN AREAS, AWAY FROM BUSHES, TRESS OR STRUCTURES THAT CAST SHADOWS ON THE UNIT'S SOLAR CELL.

Most units run up to 6 hours at night, some up to 9 hours. Our product manual includes estimated nightly operating times.

How bright are the lights?

Different types of solar powered lights offers different degree of brightness. While not as bright as most wired low-voltage accent lights, solar lights offer a flexible, environmentally friendly alternative to the more traditional forms of energy intensive decorative lights.
